BACK TO REALITY

Around 3 weeks have passed since the beginning of vacations, yet to me they've seemed eternal. I feel as if it has been forever since I last though about school or any school related topics; however, seeing as about a third of the break has already gone by, it is important to get back to reality and start facing my obligations. 

Up to this point of the summer break I have accomplished few of the many goals I had planned out for these vacations, I have read a book, completed my first article and now blog post, and have fostered positive habits like eating healthy and doing sports, however I still have a lot planned out for the remainder of the vacations.

S U M M E R    G O A L    S E T T I N G :

1.  Complete at least 3 books 
2.  Organize my room
3.  Start a journal
4.   Eat healthy
5.   An hour of sports daily

6.   Do my college visits
7.   Engage in a service activity
8.   Write a few articles for the future
9.   Finnish the IA summer project
10.  Update my digital portfolio 

I have set myself up for these goals for the following months because I want this year to be as, or even more productive than last year. I finished the past semester proud of my hard work, and my grades where evidence of that; however, I am aware that in order to improve I must continue with the good habits I created in 2014. In my opinion a solid start is key to a solid ending, thus I plan on being completely proactive these vacations.

The careless period of the summer break has already gone by, and I say this 100% self-assured: I have to make the most of the time I have left, it's time to get back on track!
